Custom plastic parts have been our speciality for over 30 years. MAJ-PLAST is a plastic parts manufacturer with full in-house capabilities — from injection mould design and fabrication in our own toolroom, to serial production of plastic components on Engel injection moulding machines.
We deliver made-to-order plastic products at every stage — from a single prototype to runs of hundreds of thousands of pieces per year. The client receives a finished product: designed, manufactured and inspected under one roof in Gdańsk. We eliminate intermediaries and shorten lead times.
Every plastic component undergoes quality control — dimensional, visual and functional. We work with clients from the automotive, medical, home appliance, cosmetics and electronics industries. We produce custom plastic components for small businesses and international corporations alike.
Materials & Technologies
Plastic parts production at MAJ-PLAST covers a wide range of materials — from standard polymers to engineering plastics with demanding thermal and mechanical requirements. We select the material for each specific application, taking into account operating conditions, industry standards and client requirements.
Injection moulding technology is our primary method for manufacturing custom plastic parts. We mould on Engel machines with 50–400 tonnes clamping force. This is complemented by precision CNC machining and EDM (electrical discharge machining) — used for mould making and finishing operations.
Each plastic requires an individual approach to injection parameters — temperature, pressure and cooling time. Our 30 years of experience allow us to optimise the process and eliminate moulding defects at the mould design stage.

Quality and certification. Plastic parts production at MAJ-PLAST follows the ISO 9001 quality management system. Every batch undergoes dimensional inspection (digital callipers, micrometers, gauges) and visual checks. On request, we provide measurement reports, strength tests and ageing studies. For the automotive industry we ensure full batch traceability.
Location and logistics — Gdańsk, Tricity, Pomerania. The MAJ-PLAST facility is located at al. Grunwaldzka 311/A in Gdańsk — 15 minutes from the port of Gdynia and the A1 motorway exit. For Tricity-based clients we offer in-person visits, technical consultations and pick-ups. For clients across Poland and Europe we arrange pallet and container transport. We export custom plastic parts to Germany, Scandinavia, Benelux and Central Europe.
From prototype to serial production. The order process begins with an analysis of the client's technical documentation — 2D drawings, 3D models (STEP, IGES, Parasolid) or physical samples. Our engineers carry out a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis, suggest geometry optimisations and select the material. We then design and build the injection mould, perform moulding trials on Engel injection moulding machines, optimise parameters and deliver the first samples for approval. After acceptance we launch serial production of plastic parts.

What types of custom plastic parts do you manufacture?
We manufacture all types of plastic components — housings, enclosures, functional parts, seals, plugs, guides, handles, clips and many more. The key requirement is that the part must be suitable for injection moulding.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We do not impose minimum quantities. We handle both short prototype runs (50–500 pcs) and high-volume production (100,000+ pcs per year). The unit cost depends on the series size and mould complexity.
How long does it take from design to first delivery?
Aluminium prototype mould: 2–3 weeks. Steel mould + production start-up: 6–12 weeks. If the client already has a mould, we launch serial production within 1–2 weeks.
What plastics do you use for custom parts?
We injection-mould all common thermoplastics: PA (polyamide), PP (polypropylene), ABS, PC (polycarbonate), POM (acetal), TPU, TPE, as well as glass-fibre-reinforced, talc-filled and flame-retardant grades.
Do you offer part design assistance?
Yes. Our engineers perform DFM analysis, suggest geometry optimisations for injection moulding, and help select the right material. We design the mould based on a 3D model, 2D drawing or physical sample.
